These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by:

2. Scope of Services

Atomic Pastries provides vegan pastry catering services for private and corporate events.

This website allows users to browse product collections and, where applicable, create a basket to submit a service request.

Submitting a basket does not constitute a confirmed order and does not create any contractual obligation.

All orders and enquiries are handled via WhatsApp or email.
No online payments are processed directly through this website.

3. Orders and Enquiries

• Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

• Requests may be submitted either by creating a basket on the website or by contacting Atomic Pastries via WhatsApp or email.

Upon receipt of a request, Atomic Pastries will respond within 24 hours with:

• the total price,

• the list of allergens related to the requested products,

• and payment instructions (Bizum or bank transfer).

An order is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received.

If payment is not received at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery or pick-up date, the request will be automatically cancelled.

4. Pricing

• Prices are provided upon request and confirmed in writing.

• All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Prices may vary depending on quantities, delivery location, and specific event requirements.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm an order.

• Atomic Pastries does not accept deposits or partial payments.

• Accepted payment methods include Bizum or bank transfer, as specified during order confirmation.

6. Delivery and Pick-up

• Delivery or pick-up conditions are agreed upon individually with each client.

• Atomic Pastries shall not be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the client or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Risk is transferred to the client upon delivery or collection of the products.

7. Food Safety, Allergens, and Storage

• All products are 100% vegan.

• Despite careful handling, traces of allergens (such as nuts, gluten, or soy) may be present.

• Allergen information is provided prior to payment confirmation.

• Products must be stored and consumed in accordance with the instructions provided by Atomic Pastries.

• Atomic Pastries declines any responsibility for improper storage, handling, or consumption after delivery or pick-up.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are made to order or personalized, as they are perishable goods.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email.

• Requests cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery or pick-up date will be fully refunded, using the same payment method.

• Requests cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed date, or once production has started, are non-refundable, due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of the products.
