Why we exist

Born from care.

It all started when my daughter couldn’t tolerate cow’s milk protein. I wanted to make desserts that everyone could share without worry — without giving up pleasure. From our kitchen in Poblenou, we handcraft every piece to order. Vegan artisan pastry allows me to create lighter sweets with cleaner flavours and textures — where the real notes of each ingredient shine.

The goal is simple: a sweet table that feels safe, elegant, and easy for everyone.

Finger-licking good! By far the best vegan cookies, brownies and Canelé that I've ever had. Truly indulgent and delicious (my three year old also LOVED the chocolate cookies) - highly recommend!
